• Payment methods: *PayPal in CAD
• Payment must be sent upfront, I will not start your commission until payment is sent!
• If you'd like updates on your commission, please note me or dm me (if you have my discord, Foxx 🪨#9706). This also applies for questions or concerns!
• All character references must be clear and digital. If the reference is not digital, please have a digital palette of the characters colours.
• If you want to change your commissioned character, please check my Trello or ask me a few hours after if I've started your commission already. I will not redo a piece halfway, or more, through for a new character.

• Refunds are possible only if I have not started to line and colour your character. Refunds are possible during the sketch stage.
• When uploading images, please do not remove my watermark and please credit me by my user, -Foxx- on ToyHouse. You may also link my Twitter (@CynicalMuppet) or Instagram (@TheDysfvnctionalFoxx).
• Please respect what I will draw and what I won't. I do have the right to decline your commission idea if I feel that such is uncomfortable to me.
• I will not draw:
          -Racism, homophobia, transphobia, incest, pedophilia, etc.
          -Fetishes
          -Anything I'm uncomfortable with! Please ask if you're unsure.
• If I've already started your commission I will not be doing a refund. If I have not started, I will do refunds!
• Art purchased and received from me may be used in any way that the commissioner wants, such as icons or page dolls on external sites, however you may not:
             -Resell the art as your own
             -Take credit for the art
             -Post to an external site, besides Toyhouse
             -Post to your DeviantART gallery (ask if truly necessary)
             -Use on any other site without credit
• Commissions take time! Please be patient with me, especially since school is still in the way and my queue can build up. They can take up to a month or two to properly get to and finish!
• I can make any small changes, such as markings, scars, colours, or small line-art mistakes; after the piece has been finished. Anything greater may come with a fee.
• Feel free to add any additional notes to your order that you feel is necessary for me to know!
